Picnic Terms & Conditions
For Hire only
All teepees/A-frame and accessories are hire items only.
All images are a guide and details may vary according to availability and party requirements.
Hiring Charges
Unless prior arrangements are made, hiring periods are for 5-hour rental period only. Last collection time will be 10pm. This applies for both outdoor and indoor setup. The hiring charges are for the agreed period as per the booking confirmation.If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return, WG reserves the right to charge the Hirer for extra time.
Payment Bookings
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and full payment of the rental fee balance is required one week prior to event date. WG reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment is not received on the date of delivery.
Cancellation
If the Hirer cancels the confirmed booking, WG reserves the right to charge the following:14-30 days of delivery date - 25% of the invoice amount. 7-14 days from delivery date - 50% of invoice amount1 to 7 days from delivery date 75% of the invoice amount. Within 24 hours of delivery date - 100% of invoice amount.
WG reserves the right to cancel your hire booking at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made, however WG will not accept responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result. Should your chosen location cancel or terminate your booking for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be given by WG. In this case, please contact us as a matter of urgency and we will do our utmost to help you find an alternative site.
Receipt of Delivery
The Hirer is responsible for accepting delivery of the equipment and accessories. The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from equipment being delivered to an unattended premises or location as requested by the Hirer.
Positioning/Setting up of Equipment
The Hirer is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. WG team will take every care, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings.The Hirer is responsible for clearing and cleaning the area for set-up e.g. moving of heavy furniture and clearing of any breakable items.
Use of Equipment and Accessories
The Hirer is responsible for checking the quantity of hired items against the invoice/booking agreement upon delivery and should contact WG immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered. Damage to Hire equipment and accessories during hire period use is the responsibility of the Hirer and the Hirer agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment and accessories. The Hirer should not attempt to repair the equipment and accessories without prior consent of WG. Pets/animals must be kept away from the equipment and accessories due to some children having extreme allergic reactions to animal hair.
Cleaning
A cleaning charge will be applied to all equipment returned dirty $25 per piece of equipment. Linen does not need to be washed by the Hirer, however if it is returned stained or excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will apply. All hire equipment, accessories and linen need to be returned dry.
Security of equipment
The Hirer is responsible for the security of the equipment and accessories at all times during the Hire period.Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment and accessories will be charged to the Hirer at full replacement value.
Liability
WG will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property.
In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation we have enhanced our good health, safety and cleaning measures to keep everyone safe.
Upon confirmation of booking of picnic set ups for rent, the Hirer confirms that:• Hirer and/or any members of hirer's household have not travelled abroad (i.e. to any countries outside of Singapore) in the past 14 days BEFORE the event date;• Hirer and/or any members of hirer's household have no flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or loss of taste / smell, etc.);•Hirer and/or any members of hirer's household have not in the past 14 days BEFORE the event date, come in close contact with someone who is a confirmed COVID-19 case; OR is part of a COVID-19 cluster;• Hirer and/or any members of hirer's household did not come in contact with someone who has returned from abroad (i.e. to any countries outside of Singapore) and he/she is not feeling well in the past 14 days BEFORE the event date.Hirer and/or any members of hirer's household have not been placed on Leave of Absence or Stay at Home Notice. Thank you for your understanding and assistance to help safeguard our community.
Outdoor Glamping Terms & Conditions
Visitor Obligations
The Agreement is personal to the Visitor. The Visitor must not use the Accommodation except for the purpose of a holiday by the Visitor and the Visitor’s party during the Holiday Period, and not for any other purpose or longer period.
The Visitor undertakes to keep the accommodation in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period and are required to pay for any damages and restoration fees to Wondrous Glamping.
The Visitor must allow Wondrous Glamping and/or its agents to enter the accommodation to inspect the state of it, on reasonable notice, except in emergency when immediate access must be granted.
The Visitor must not use the accommodation or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry on there any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to Wondrous Glamping or to any other patrons. Smoking, cooking or open fires are not permitted in any part of the Accommodation.
The Visitor and his or her party must comply with any general regulations relating to the campsite. Such regulations will be found on NParks website.
Wondrous Glamping shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or for injury sustained by the Visitor or members of his or her party during their stay at the Accommodation. Wondrous Glamping excludes liability for loss or damage to any belongings, or for death or injury sustained to the Visitor or members of his or her party during their stay at the accommodation.
The Visitor agrees to ensure that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy. The Visitor agrees to pay any additional reasonable charges to cover the expense of additional, unusual cleaning required because of the failure to comply with this Clause.
The Visitor shall be liable for and indemnify Wondrous Glamping against any liabilities, damages, claims, costs, losses (whether direct or indirect and including loss of profits) and expenses incurred or paid by Wondrous Glamping arising from the Visitor’s use or occupation of the accommodation which arise from any breach by the Visitor of his or her obligations under the Agreement or from any negligence or wilful default of the Visitor and/or the Visitor’s party.
Applicant must be 16 years old and above. A permit Holder is only allowed one permit for one tent at one time. A new permit will only be issued after the expiry of an existing permit. Each applicant is limited to camping for four days per month. The permit must be prominently displayed outside the tent at all times.
Nparks reserves the right to revoke the permit of the Permit Holder has not complied with the terms and conditions of the permit. NParks also reserves the right to bar the permit holder from future permit applications.
Camping Permit
By accepting the booking, the Visitor have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Camping Permit as stated below as quoted by Nparks:
-I shall adhere to the permit duration from 9am on the day of the permit to 9am the following day. The permit is non-transferrable.
-I shall provide the particulars of all occupants of the tents during the validity period of the permit at the time of my application for the permit
-I have a valid residential address in the Republic of Singapore
-I shall be present at the camping area at all times during the validity period of the permit and shall not leave the tent unattended, except during emergencies.
-I shall ensure that there is no use of open fire, LPG cylinders, portable stoves or generators of any form within or outside the tents at all times.
-I shall ensure that the camping area is kept clean at all times and that all refuse and waste are properly removed and disposed. if i fail to do so, i shall be liable for an offence under Reg 9 of the Parks & Trees Regulations (Cap 216, Rg 1), which carries a fine of up to $2,000. I shall also be liable to pay costs incurred by Nparks in cleaning up the camping area.
I agree to use the camping area at my own risk. I shall not make any claims against Nparks with respect to any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the camping area. For the same, i shall indemnify Nparks against all actions, claims and demand which Nparks may suffer or incur in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damages to property arising from or out or on connection with the use of the camping area. Nparks reserves the right to remove any unattended tents and belongings, without prior notice being given to me.
Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival time is 2pm on the day of booking and Departure time is before 9am on the next day. In case of an arrival outside the listed hours, for example due to an unplanned event, Wondrous Glamping should be notified at the earliest available opportunity.
The Visitor will be issued with a set of lock upon arrival and the Visitor must return them on the date of departure. Failure to do so will incur the cost of a replacement set.
Weather
In the event of a unacceptable weather, a credit will be offered against a later stay, but Wondrous Glamping will take no responsibility for finding alternative accommodation and excludes liability for any cost incurred by the Visitor in relation to this alternative accommodation. In the event of a thunderstorm or any weather that is deem to be unacceptable by NParks regulation, all guest will have to evacuate immediately.
If, prior to the arrival, the Accommodation becomes inaccessible due to bad weather Wondrous Glamping will take reasonable steps to inform the Visitor. A reschedule will be offered for a later stay. In the event of bad weather during stay, Wondrous Glamping will not be responsible and no refund will be given.

Wondrous Glamping reserves the right to change any listed amenities, terms & conditions, with or without prior notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
